5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time ranges from 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues or weather conditions.

  • You will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags.

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • To request a return, email grandhypervault@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel, email us at grandhypervault@gmail.com with your order ID.
